You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched. Email support@lights4you.co.za with your order number and we will refund you in full within 5 working days.
Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. The Return and Refund Policy applies if you wish to return the item after delivery.
If the order is cancelled while in transit, the customer is liable for the return courier cost. The refund (excluding return courier cost) is processed once the item is back in our warehouse and inspected.
You may cancel and return faulty or incorrect items at no cost under our Return and Refund Policy.
