Lights4You wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return or request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all packaging, labels and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Items damaged through misuse, modification or normal wear are not eligible.
How to return
- Email support@lights4you.co.za within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
- We will issue return instructions and a collection arrangement within 1 working day.
- Send the item back to our warehouse OR allow our courier to collect.
Return shipping costs
- Faulty or incorrect items: we cover the return courier cost.
- Change of mind: customer covers the return courier cost.
Refund processing
On receipt and inspection (within 3 working days), refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days. Funds reflect in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
Non-returnable / non-refundable
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged through misuse
