These terms, and any use of the Lights4You website or purchase of goods through it, are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. The parties agree that the appropriate court for any such dispute is the Magistrate's Court or High Court of the Gauteng Division, depending on the matter's jurisdictional scope.
Nothing on this page limits any statutory rights you may have under South African consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
